BareSculpt Refund Policy

We want you to love every moment of feeling sculpted and confident with BareSculpt. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it better:


14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request and complete a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging, with tags

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at rene@baresculpt.com.
We’ll send return instructions within 24–48 hours. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

     

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping Protection (unless your items are stolen or lost in transit before you receive them; once delivered, Shipping Protection is non-refundable

     

  • Custom or special-order items

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason under consumer protection laws. Items must meet the same return criteria listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • For returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an error on our part (for example, a change of mind or the item not being suitable), the refund will cover the product cost only.
    • Original shipping fees and any shipping protection purchased are non-refundable, as these cover services that are completed once your order is delivered.
